Definition

Baby spa Samen is a Spa exclusively for babies. In the baby spa, babies can float through hydrotherapy in special jacuzzis where fresh clean water is used for each baby. The session is complemented by a baby massage. Baby spa Samen does not provide medical (baby) massages. The baby spa is accessible for babies from 0 to approximately 18 months.

Cancel / Be late / No-Show

- Are you prevented? Then we request that you cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the appointment. This can be done by e-mail and is final after confirmation. - If you have not agreed anything with us and do not show up, unfortunately we cannot return money or credit. Because we would have incurred unnecessary costs. (Think of filling and keeping a bath reserved, etc.)

- In case of cancellation we do NOT give money back for payments or vouchers. After cancellation you can schedule a new appointment within 14 days

(for the same session as previously booked). If this does not happen within 14 days, you will still lose your money.

- If your child wants to get out of the bath within 10 minutes, we can possibly offer a new session. we do not refund money because we also incurred costs by filling the bath and keeping a bath reserved. You can make a new appointment via email within 14 days

PLEASE NOTE this is only final when confirmation has been sent from us.

· Participation in all activities of Baby spa Together are entirely at your own risk.

· Baby spa Samen can not be held liable for allergic reactions to the products or for any physical injury or for damage or loss of property during a session.

Personal data and privacy

· If there is any question of medication, medical complaints or if your baby is being treated by a doctor or specialist, please pass this on before you start the baby massage of a spa session. Please discuss this with the doctor or specialist before booking a session or course at Baby spa Samen. This also applies to the shantala baby massage.

· You are responsible for passing on important information regarding your child's health.

· Baby spa Samen is not liable for accidents. Infants must be accompanied and supervised by parents and/or guardian at all times.

· Baby spa Samen records your personal data in an automated system and/or on a loyalty card. This data is used to correctly perform the service(s) you have chosen.

· Baby spa Samen does not make your personal information available to third parties.

· Baby spa Samen treats the customer's personal data according to the guidelines in the Personal Data Protection Act, which have been applicable since May 2018.

· When you sign up for one of our services, we ask for some personal data which will be treated confidentially. These are necessary for the correct application of the matching service. The data you provide is stored securely on a designated safe server of Baby spa Samen.

Payments

· All spa sessions are paid in advance via ideal when booking online.
